As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks aimed at enhancing the mental wellness of your clients:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions and establish thorough treatment plans based on individualized needs and best practices.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific preferences and challenges presented by clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible for treatment reviews.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to formulate a cohesive care plan that addresses the holistic needs of clients.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care and to share insights on evolving treatment methodologies.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, providing guidance on treatment options and community resources for additional support.
• Stay abreast of the latest mental health research and integrate relevant knowledge into your therapeutic practices to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Manage a full caseload of patients, with an emphasis on achieving their treatment goals in a timely and effective manner while adhering to ethical standards outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will engage with individuals of all ages, ensuring sensitivity to each client's unique background and experiences, which is critical in developing trust and rapport.

The ideal candidate for this position must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and techniques that facilitate client progression.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong critical thinking abilities to effectively address complex client cases.

Experience in the outpatient mental health setting is preferred, particularly with clients who may have co-occurring disorders or varying levels of engagement in their treatment process.
