Your Opportunity as the Associate Lead, Advanced RGM Initiatives, NRO

Our commitment to leveraging consumer-centric insights and data-driven analysis to shape strategy and execution has never been more important in today's dynamic and competitive marketplace. As part of the Advanced Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, you will serve as an internal strategic consultant, change agent, and trusted advisor to brand, commercial, and functional leaders across the organization.

In this role, you will combine a strong strategic mindset with analytical rigor to identify growth opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and influence high-impact decisions. You will translate consumer, customer, and marketplace insights into actionable strategies that drive profitable growth across multiple categories. Success in this role requires a passion for understanding consumers, an ability to connect data to business outcomes, and a demonstrated ability to build alignment and drive action through cross-functional partnerships.

You will identify and unlock value through key RGM levers, including Strategic Pricing, Channel Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Trade Optimization, eCommerce, and Omnichannel Growth strategies, helping shape both long-term strategic direction and near-term execution.

Location: Working Remote USA or Orrville, OH

In this role you will:

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Brand, Sales, Finance, Insights, and Category teams, providing data-driven recommendations to address business opportunities and challenges.

  • Translate consumer, customer, and marketplace insights into growth strategies that drive revenue and profitability.

  • Lead the development of multi-year, multi-lever growth plans across multiple categories.

  • Develop and enhance RGM capabilities, methodologies, and best practices using syndicated, customer, and financial data.

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities across key RGM levers, including pricing, pack architecture, mix, trade, eCommerce, and omnichannel growth.

  • Partner across functions-including Brand, Consumer & Category Insights, Innovation, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Legal-to align stakeholders and execute growth initiatives.

  • Influence decisions and drive action through clear storytelling, data visualization, and consultative problem-solving.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 4+ years of experience in CPG or a related industry with demonstrated success in Revenue Growth Management or adjacent strategic business functions.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize disparate information into actionable business recommendations.

  • Proven ability to leverage RGM levers (including Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Promotion Management, Trade Terms, etc.) to develop strategies that drive measurable business results.

  • Demonstrated experience translating complex data into compelling stories and recommendations for a variety of stakeholder audiences.

  • Strong consumer-centric mindset, with the ability to connect consumer behavior and marketplace insights to business strategies and growth opportunities.

  • Proven ability to work effectively across functions, build relationships, influence without authority, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Solution-oriented leader with strong change management, strategic influence, and executive communication skills.

  • Track record of delivering consultative, data-backed recommendations that shape business decisions and outcomes.

  • Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and capability building.

  • Strong business partnering and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel 4-6 times per year to headquarters.

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):

  • Master's Degree

  • Experience in strategy consulting, RGM consulting or supply chain consulting

  • Experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups
