Role Summary
We are seeking a Healthcare Solutions Business Analyst who will design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, and partner closely with the Healthcare Solutions teams to deliver business insights. This role combines hands-on analytics and data visualization with stakeholder engagement to inform strategy.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations that track KPIs and produce actionable insights
โ€ข Establish and maintain KPI definitions, dashboard governance, and data quality checks; drive continuous improvement of data processes and instrumentation
โ€ข Cross functional alignment with Information Technology & Commercial functions to ensure alignment on business reporting
โ€ข Partner with CRM team to maintain and continuously improve business processes that track activities and impact of the Healthcare Solutions teams
โ€ข Partner with the Healthcare Solutions team to translate business questions into analytics requirements and implement scalable solutions
โ€ข Perform ad-hoc analyses and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders
โ€ข Provide training and documentation for dashboards and analytic tools; act as a point of contact for analytics requests from Healthcare Solutions teams
โ€ข Support leadership with regular business reviews, executive-level slide decks, and data storytelling that drives decisions
โ€ข Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies when handling sensitive healthcare or customer data
Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role supporting commercial or healthcare teams
โ€ข Proven experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau (Tableau Desktop and Server/Online)
โ€ข Experience with external market data (e.g., Definitive Healthcare, IQVIA, DocNexus)
โ€ข Experience in medical devices, healthcare services, or life sciences
โ€ข Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
โ€ข Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex analyses to non-technical audiences
โ€ข Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests and competing priorities
Preferred:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $94,000 - $151,800.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401k).This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year.
