• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments, engaging with clients to understand their unique backgrounds and experiences while developing tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, empowering organizational quality assurance and compliance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team meetings, training sessions, and cultural competency workshops.
• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health treatment, integrating new findings into your therapeutic practices.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of one year of experience providing mental health services, particularly in diverse cultural settings.
• Strong commitment to cultural competency and inclusivity in mental health care.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in accessible terms for clients.

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting, particularly in teletherapy or remote mental health counseling, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient patient documentation and data management.
• Experience working with community organizations that support underserved populations.
