Senior Analyst - Strategic Analytics

Contract Type: Permanent

We're looking for a Senior Analyst - Strategic Analytics to join our US Growth & Strategic Analytics team! You'll turn complex call centre data into commercial action that drives revenue growth, improves conversion and enhances customer outcomes. Working at the intersection of analytics, operations and strategy, you'll help shape decisions that directly influence business performance.

Partnering closely with Operations, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Technology and senior leadership teams, you'll identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and deliver insights that lead to measurable results.

Success in this role means delivering tangible commercial impact, influencing key stakeholders and embedding data-driven decision making across the call centre operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and unlock opportunities to improve conversion, revenue per call and operational efficiency

  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence commercial and operational decisions
