Key Responsibilities

  • Create effective discharge plans in collaboration with patients and their families to ensure continuity of care after leaving the clinic.
  • Adhere to all current federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures, to provide compliant and ethical care.
  • Engage in ongoing training and continuing education to enhance your professional competence and stay updated with advancements in mental health practices.
  • Participate in case consultation and agency meetings, contributing to team discussions and collaborative care approaches.
  • Complete all necessary licensure requirements and mandatory training sessions to maintain compliance and improve service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus
