About the role
Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager (SDR Manager) to join our team and drive our growth forward in the market.
As the SDR Manager, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel sales growth by leading a team of SDRs focused on generating high-quality leads and sales opportunities. You will be instrumental in building a world-class SDR organisation through strategic leadership, coaching, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, and develop SDR talent while fostering a high-performance culture
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales development strategies that align with Hostaway's growth objectives
  • Performance Management: Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular coaching to ensure team targets are consistently met
  • Process Optimization: Establish scalable processes for lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and handoff to Account Executives
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing and Operations teams to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead flow targets
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver accurate performance data and actionable insights through data-driven analysis

  • 2+ years of managing and scaling successful Outbound SDR/BDR teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, with successful experience at the rep and manager level
  • Ability to craft and execute scalable sales development strategies
  • A passion for developing sales talent and fostering career growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently & cross functionally
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Experience managing distributed teams in a fully remote environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
