We are currently seeking a Lead Systems Programmer to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks and system monitoring
  • Manage and optimize SQL and DB2 database environments, including stored procedures and performance tuning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure solutions align with business needs
  • Participate in system design reviews, testing workshops, and technical planning sessions
  • Lead efforts in identifying and resolving infrastructure defects and performance issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and process optimization
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ Years of PowerShell scripting and automation experience
  • 5+ Years of experience with SQL and DB2 database environments
  • 4+Years of Windows Server architecture and administration

Highly Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ Years of exposure to .NET technologies (preferred but not required)
