Business Systems Analyst Specialist - Payment System Specialist

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Business Systems Analyst Specialists - Payment System Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems. Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements. Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time and form of desired results. Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Influence business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with end-to-end systems development life cycles including waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development; working with Agile Software development methodology to SAFe, Kanban; utilizing Jira, Aha, and Clarity; performing solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, and use cases; working with Payments, Payment Processors, Payment Networks and Digital Payments; utilizing Microsoft SQL and data mapping; writing and analyzing SQL/data to query data systems; and working with coding principles and methodologies. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and seven (7) years of experience in the above listed skills. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
