Job description

As a member of Acxiom's Data Guru Consulting team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and success of Acxiom's third-party data solutions. The Data Guru team serves as trusted advisors to brands, agencies, and technology partners, helping clients leverage Acxiom's third-party audiences to identify, reach, and engage high-value consumers across digital platforms.
In this role, you will partner closely with agencies, advertisers, and AdTech platforms to design custom audiences, recommend optimal activation pathways, and maximize campaign effectiveness. You will act as both a strategic consultant and subject matter expert, helping clients navigate the evolving digital advertising ecosystem while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Audience Delivery & Operational Excellence
  • Manage the end-to-end audience delivery process through Acxiom distribution platforms and strategic AdTech partnerships, proactively identifying and resolving delivery issues.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Account Management, to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and operational excellence while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for audience troubleshooting, collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve any audience issues or delivery-related challenges.
  • Maintain documentation within Salesforce and other business systems, that focus on audience specifications, delivery requests, and client-specific requirements to ensure operational efficiency, transparency, and seamless execution.
  • Support revenue-generating efforts by ensuring timely fulfillment of audience requests and helping remove operational barriers to activation.
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge resources, training materials, and playbooks to support team efficiency and scalability.

Client Strategy & Audience Consulting
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of Acxiom's third-party audience solutions across digital marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with clients and agencies during campaign planning to develop bespoke audiences that align with their business objectives.
  • Use Acxiom tools and data assets to support customers' goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic recommendations that enhance audience targeting effectiveness and campaign performance.
  • Validate audience counts and taxonomy mapping to ensure accurate audience execution and compliance with client requirements.

Campaign Performance & Thought Leadership
  • Analyze campaign results and provide audience optimization recommendations to improve overall performance.
  • Apply knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Acxiom products, audience solutions, digital advertising trends, privacy regulations, and market dynamics to educate stakeholders

Travel
  • Up to 10% domestic travel may be required.
