The North America Workforce Management (WFM) Data Insights Manager is a strategic leader responsible for leveraging UKG Pro Workforce Management data to deliver actionable insights, drive system adoption, ensure compliance, and enable advanced capabilities such as AI-driven analytics and value case realization. This role focuses on optimizing workforce operations across North America through data-driven decision-making and innovative technology enablement.

This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Hickley Parkway location in Cleveland, OH

FORMAL EDUCATION: 

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, or in lieu of a degree, 12 years of experience in related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in data insights, workforce analytics, HR Analytics, or other related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
  • Understanding of HRIS, Time and Attendance systems, and payroll processes. 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status 
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree focused on Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 
  • Experience with workforce management software (e.g., Dayforce, UKG Pro WFM). 
  • Project management skills with experience leading process improvement initiatives. 
  • Certification in HR Analytics or related fields. 

Reporting & Analytics Leadership

  • Own and manage reporting for UKG Pro WFM to monitor adoption, compliance, and operational efficiency across North America.
  • Develop dashboards and insights that inform leadership decisions and support continuous improvement.

System Adoption & Enablement

  • Drive WFM adoption by aligning reporting with training and enablement programs.
  • Regularly update adoption metrics and provide actionable insights to maximize utilization.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Design and implement reporting mechanisms to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards across North America.
  • Partner with legal and HR teams to maintain compliance integrity.

Value Case Realization

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the business value of WFM initiatives.
  • Quantify ROI for system enhancements and process improvements, presenting results to senior leadership.

AI Enablement & Advanced Analytics

  • Collaborate with digital technology teams to integrate AI-driven analytics into WFM reporting and forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities for predictive modeling and automation to improve workforce planning and scheduling.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and lead a team of analysts and reporting specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and career development opportunities to team members.
  • Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
