Role Overview:

Position: Business Analyst – Data Annotator
Location: Remote – United States
Employment Type: Short-Term Contractor / Freelancer
Engagement: Approximately 6–7 months (24–28 weeks)
Start Date: September 4, 2026 (Expected)
Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
Availability: 8 hours per day with at least 6 hours of overlap with PST
U.S. Location Requirement: Candidates must currently reside in the United States.

About the Role

Requirements

  • Must be currently based in the United States.
  • Candidates residing in California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or Vermont are not eligible.
  • Bachelor's degree or undergraduate education in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates without a Bachelor's degree may also be considered if they have relevant professional experience.
  • 2+ years of professional writing experience, such as:

  • Work availability may vary during different phases of the project; however, candidates must be prepared to commit to the required full-time schedule when production work is active.
