Job Overview:

Pay Range: $43hr - $48hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Loftware / NiceLabel (Enterprise Labeling Tools) → 5+ years (Hands-on implementation / support).
  • Print-on-Demand Labeling & Labeling Architecture → 5+ years (Enterprise-level exposure).
  • Business Analysis (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Mapping) → 7+ years (Core BA experience across multiple projects).
  • Template Migration / Standardization (Label Templates or Similar) → 4+ years (Migration or consolidation initiatives).
  • System Integration Experience (ERP/SAP, PLM, Databases) → 5+ years (Integration requirements, data flows, mapping).
  • Data Mapping, Data Flows & Business Rules Definition → 5+ years (Source-to-target mapping, validation).
  • SmartFlow / Artwork Workflow / Approval Systems → 3+ years (Or similar workflow tools experience).
  • Regulated Domain Experience (Pharma / Biotech / Medical Devices / GxP) → 4+ years (Compliance-driven environments).
  • Multi-site / Large-scale Implementation Projects → 5+ years (Enterprise programs, multiple stakeholders).
  • UAT & Testing Support (Test Scenarios, Execution, Defect Tracking) → 5+ years.
  • Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Coordination → 7+ years (Global teams, SMEs, vendors).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Client sessions with business SMEs and site stakeholders to gather and align business and functional requirements.
  • Document current-state (as-is) labeling processes across 8+ sites, including systems, workflows, and data dependencies.
  • Define/document future-state (to-be) processes aligned with Loftware capabilities, including Print-on-Demand and SmartFlow workflows.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables: BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze existing label templates across legacy systems.
  • Work with business SMEs to define template rationalization and standardization approach.
  • Support mapping and recreation of templates within Loftware.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements during migration.
  • Work with technical teams to define integration requirements between Loftware and upstream systems.
  • Document data flows, field mappings, and business rules governing label content.
  • Support validation of data integrity and traceability.
  • Gather and document requirements for artwork design, change control, and approval workflows.
  • Define user roles, permissions, and approval hierarchies within SmartFlow.
  • Align workflows with existing quality and regulatory processes.
  • Serve as primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forums.
  • Manage requirement sign-offs and maintain traceability.
  • Develop and support execution of test strategies (UAT).
  • Work with business SMEs and site stakeholders to create test scenarios and ensure coverage of business-critical workflows.
  • Coordinate defect tracking and resolution with implementation partners.
  • Support impact assessments and readiness activities across sites.
  • Assist with training material development and user adoption.
  • Provide go-live and hypercare support.

Skills:

  • Strong experience in labeling solutions (direct experience with Loftware Enterprise Cloud preferred; NiceLabel or similar acceptable).
  • Understanding of Print-on-Demand labeling and enterprise labeling architectures.
  • Experience with artwork management and approval workflows (SmartFlow or similar systems).
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., pharma, biotech, medical devices) and GxP considerations.
  • Proven ability to lead requirements gathering across multiple sites and stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in process mapping (as-is/to-be), gap analysis, and standardization.
  • Experience with template migration or system consolidation initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of system integrations involving ERP (e.g., SAP), PLM, and databases.
  • Experience defining data models, mappings, and business rules.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and developers on integration design.
  • Experience working in large-scale, multi-site implementations.
