Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Integration / Data Platform Engineer to build and own a critical compliance platform that powers automated regulatory screening across the enterprise. In this role, you'll design and operate a secure, high-scale data integration system that processes sensitive data, connects to external compliance providers, and enables end-to-end auditability. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity where you'll own everything from architecture to production operations in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build end-to-end data pipelines that move data between internal systems, external compliance vendors, and reporting platforms
  • Develop secure integrations with third-party services (e.g., regulatory screening providers)
  • Implement data lineage and audit capabilities to ensure full traceability of every processed record
  • Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure reliable daily processing
  • Develop systems to track job status, failures, retries, and processing metrics
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive and regulated data, including encryption and access controls
  • Enable downstream data and reporting capabilities for analytics platforms such as Snowflake and BI tools
