The Role

As Senior Finance Manager, Public Sector, you will serve as a strategic finance partner supporting Public Sector Sales leadership and key crossfunctional teams. This role is responsible for delivering financial insight, shaping revenue forecasts, and enabling disciplined decisionmaking across Federal and SLED segments.

Operating in a complex, performancedriven environment, you will translate financial and operational data into clear insights, support planning and execution, and drive alignment between sales, product, and operational priorities. Success in this role requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to influence outcomes across stakeholders.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary FP&A partner to Public Sector Sales leadership, providing insight into performance, revenue trends, and risks to plan.
  • Own revenue forecasting and variance analysis (MRR, usage, onetime), translating pipeline and bookings into an accurate outlook.
  • Lead sales and funnel analytics, including coverage, close rates, productivity, and key performance drivers across segments.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to align gotomarket strategy, pricing, and revenue realization.
  • Develop executiveready reporting and narratives, clearly communicating performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead and support team development and key finance deliverables, driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
What We Look For in a Candidate

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering experience including people leader and executive-facing roles.  
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support crossfunctional business initiatives and influence decisionmaking.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales, public sector, or gotomarket organizations.
  • Exposure to revenue forecasting, funnel analytics, and performance management frameworks.
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, Power BI, or similar financial and analytics tools.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$132,232 - $176,310 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY 
$138,844 - $185,124 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$145,456 - $193,940 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
