Job Title: Enrollment Specialist Location: Dayton, Ohio Type: Contract Work Model: Remote Hours: 40.0 hours per week Security Clearance: Not specified

Responsibilities • Manage maintenance of membership records, including reviewing files and data entry into eligibility systems • Respond to work queues and communicate new membership information to relevant parties • Complete notifications of eligibility to internal and external customers • Access state and government systems to review eligibility status • Handle daily pre-processor exceptions and perform other related functions as requested

Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of one (1) year of previous CareSource experience or equivalent managed care experience servicing Medicaid and Medicare preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team environment • Familiarity with the healthcare field; knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare is preferred • Strong critical listening, thinking, and problem-solving skills • Proper grammar usage, good phone etiquette, and customer service orientation • Time management skills and decision-making abilities
