We are seeking a French Bilingual CSR/Data Entry professional for a temp-to-hire remote opportunity supporting customers in a structured insurance contact center environment. This French/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer service professional who can communicate clearly, manage inbound customer needs, and accurately document information across multiple systems.
This position offers the stability of an insurance industry environment, clear processes, supportive team leadership, and the opportunity to build long-term career potential through a temp-to-hire path. The team values professionalism, accuracy, dependable communication, and a positive service mindset. This is a customer service focused role with no outbound sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
