Position Summary
Celularity is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Client Services Representative to support our clients, internal partners, and business operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order support, issue resolution, and ongoing client communication.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office attendance required for team meetings, training sessions, special projects, or other business needs.
