About the Role

We are looking for organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Data Entry Assistants to support our team with data entry, administrative tasks, record keeping, and day-to-day coordination.

This position is open to entry-level, mid-level, and experienced candidates. Previous professional experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants who are looking to begin an administrative career as well as experienced professionals who can bring strong organizational and data-management skills to the role.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, handling information accurately, following instructions, and communicating effectively in a remote work environment.

What You’ll Do
Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Organize digital files, documents, and records.
Process forms, reports, invoices, applications, and other administrative documents.
Perform basic data verification and quality checks.
Update existing records and identify missing or inconsistent information.
Assist with document preparation, formatting, and organization.
Respond to routine administrative requests.
Communicate with team members regarding data and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality when handling company or customer information.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Entry-Level Candidates

You may be a good fit if you have:

School, internship, volunteer, personal, or other relevant experience is welcome.

Previous office or data-entry experience is not required.

Mid-Level Candidates
Previous experience in data entry, administration, clerical support, customer service, operations, or a related role.
Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, documents, or administrative systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
Senior-Level Candidates
Strong experience in administrative support, data management, operations, or related functions.
Excellent organizational and quality-control skills.
Ability to manage complex or high-volume data and administrative assignments.
Experience improving workflows, documenting processes, or supporting other team members is a plus.
