This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining the flexibility required in today's world. Our telehealth platform ensures you can reach clients across Seaside, Oregon and beyond, providing critical care without geographical restrictions. You will have access to cutting-edge digital tools designed specifically for mental health practitioners, making your practice more efficient and your documentation streamlined.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with Brightside psychiatric providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Participate in regular consultations and support from the Therapy Leadership Team, enhancing your clinical skills and decisions.
• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to adults with diverse emotional disorders.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and treatment measures to evaluate progress, adjust plans, and enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, designed for quick and efficient data entry.

Your role will primarily involve working with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological disorders. You will provide culturally responsive care and welcome clients from all backgrounds, including those dealing with suicidal ideation and high levels of clinical distress. Your ability to connect with a diverse client base will be essential in fostering trust and promoting healing.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MSW, MFT, PsyD).
• Possession of a valid independent license in mental health counseling (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state where you reside; dual licensure preferred.
• Commitment to culturally sensitive and inclusive care, demonstrating respect for the diverse backgrounds of our clients.
• Ability to utilize technology effectively, embracing digital solutions to enhance clinical practice.

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is preferred.
• Experience working with high-acuity populations and familiarity with crisis intervention techniques.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 - 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
