Resource Innovations is seeking a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist to join our growing team supporting multiple clients throughout the nation. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions
• Data entry - enters data into various database applications
• Receives data and sourcing documents, compiles, sorts, interprets and verifies data to be entered
• Communicates effectively as part of team approach with other departments in servicing customers
• Provides customer service activities such as responding to emails and phone calls
• Provides exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer centric environment.
• Safeguards confidential customer information
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work an 8-hour shift as assigned within the hours of 6 am to 6 pm
• Minimum 6+ months of related work experience in a call center environment
• Proficiency in 10-key data entry from computer keyboard
• Experience with various Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A positive and customer friendly outlook
• Reliable high-speed internet service and the ability to maintain a secure, consistent home internet connection that supports daily job responsibilities, including video conferencing, collaboaration tools, and other work-related systems is required.  
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $17/hr - $21/hr. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
