You will engage with clients via secure video conferencing, allowing you to maintain a personal touch while minimizing stressors typically associated with traditional practice settings. • Conduct one-on-one virtual therapy sessions with adults, addressing a range of emotional and mental health issues.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans, ensuring each plan aligns with the client’s unique needs and goals.
• Assess and monitor the mental health condition of clients, including but not limited to anxiety, grief, and stress-related issues.
• Encourage open dialogue to help clients explore their emotions and develop deeper insight into their life challenges and relationships.
• Implement therapeutic techniques that promote healthy coping mechanisms and skills that clients can use beyond therapy.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes while adhering to all confidentiality regulations and best practices.

Your primary focus will be on emotionally struggling adults who are looking for support in managing life’s difficulties. All clients are thoroughly screened to ensure they are stable and appropriate for outpatient therapy, fostering a safe environment for therapeutic work. • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No provisional licenses or members with disciplinary actions.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate telehealth platforms and manage virtual documentation effectively.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy to adults.
• Familiarity with teletherapy best practices and technology.
• Specialized training in areas such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or other recognized methodologies is desirable.
