• Provide comprehensive counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy services to clients virtually, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and discharge plans, regularly evaluating clients' progress and modifying approaches as necessary.
• Conduct thorough data collection about clients through interviews and observational techniques to assess their mental health needs and identify appropriate therapeutic approaches or specialist referrals.
• Manage a caseload of individual therapy clients and provide collateral therapy, ensuring high-quality support for both clients and their families.
• Conduct quality reviews of client case files for accuracy and compliance, ensuring that all documentation adheres to both internal policies and external regulatory standards.
• Stay current with best practices in assessing and modifying treatment protocols in accordance with health plan regulations and clinical standards.

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. You will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages clients to explore their feelings, enhance coping strategies, and work toward achieving their personal mental health goals.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and unrestricted California Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, specifically with at least one year dedicated to mental health.
• Clinical experience in a social service or healthcare environment, particularly focused on case management or social work.
• Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution and management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Experience working with virtual therapy platforms and digital client management tools.
• Familiarity with community resources and network coordination for client referrals and support.
• A background in crisis intervention and case management, particularly in relation to mental health services.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide an appealing benefits package that includes:
