What You'll Do
As a Data Informatics Associate, you'll help organize, review, maintain, and analyze business information that supports important company decisions. Your responsibilities may include:
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases.
Organize electronic files and business records.
Identify missing or inconsistent information and make corrections when appropriate.
Generate basic reports using company systems.
Assist with maintaining accurate business documentation.
Support internal departments with data requests.
Ensure confidential information is handled securely.
Learn company software and business processes through paid training.
Collaborate with teammates to improve data quality and workflow efficiency.
Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is welcomed but not required.
Previous office, customer service, administrative, retail, healthcare, hospitality, banking, or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a remote environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
