        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Client is seeking highly motivated, detail\-oriented Revenue Specialists to support strategic revenue acceleration and backlog optimization initiatives across the service organization.  <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assigned to a specific region, this role focuses on analysing backlog, supporting order management processes, removing operational barriers to revenue recognition, and ensuring order readiness through accurate data management and cross\-functional coordination.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>The Revenue Specialist serves as a key operational resource responsible for investigating aging orders, validating data across multiple systems, supporting backlog reduction efforts, and facilitating communication between Planning, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Service teams.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>This position requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional data entry accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyze regional backlog and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue recognition and project completion.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform high\-volume, accurate data entry and maintenance within Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, BFO, and other business systems.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Review system notes, work orders, sales orders, shipment information, credit holds, and project records to identify and resolve process delays.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support Date Order Management activities by maintaining accurate service order and customer data.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Investigate aging projects, service orders, shipment delays, schedule constraints, and operational bottlenecks.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with downstream planning and operational teams by providing accurate order, scheduling, and project readiness information.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor shipping dates and order status updates to support scheduling readiness and service execution.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Confirm planned service dates with customers for services that have already been scheduled.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide light customer interaction regarding service date confirmations and order status updates.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Generate recurring reports, dashboards, and operational insights related to backlog, project status, and revenue opportunities.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive actions that support backlog reduction, work\-order acceleration, and project closure.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Utilize Microsoft Copilot and AI\-powered tools to improve productivity, reporting, and analysis capabilities.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Document findings, best practices, and process improvements to support operational knowledge management.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure data accuracy and integrity while identifying issues requiring escalation and resolution.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate effectively with Planning, Operations, Finance, Sales, Service, and Customer Support teams.<\/span>

Required Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience working with CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce experience highly preferred.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience navigating Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, BFO, or similar enterprise systems.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and investigative skills.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience working with operational data, reporting, and business process analysis.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/span>
<\/p>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple functions.<\/span>

        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.<\/span>
