Job description

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Customer Service Associate on a temporary basis on our local Co-op Marketing team (term up to 4 months).

If you're highly detail-oriented, patient, and take pride in getting things right, you'll make an impact supporting the successful delivery of weekly marketing programs.

This position can be a remote or hybrid opportunity, with the successful candidate based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you'll do:

  • Perform high-volume order entry and data maintenance for local Co-ops to support accurate and timely flyer delivery.

  • Coordinate print production, scheduling, and distribution to deliver weekly flyers on time.

  • Support local Co-op marketing inquiries and resolve issues related to flyer distribution.

  • Manage work orders, purchase orders, dockets, and production tracking.

  • Other duties as assigned.

You will report to the Supervisor, Local Co-op Marketing and will work closely with other talented marketing team members. This team curates a culture of support, where attention to detail, a willingness to help others, and a commitment to delivering quality work are highly valued.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in customer service or administration and:

  • Have three years of related experience (experience in print, logistics, or distribution analysis is considered an asset).
  • Have a one-year office administration certificate (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
