We are seeking a customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers through phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests while ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account-related inquiries.

  • Document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions within the CRM system.

  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and account updates accurately.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of customer concerns.
