About this roleWe are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join our Project Delivery Group, based in Edmonton.This position is Remote and you must reside in the Edmonton, AB area.We're looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Estimators across multiple active projects. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate project information, coordinating key workflows, supporting submittals, tracking materials, and updating internal systems.This opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, while working in a collaborative environment that encourages learning, growth, and continuous improvement.Here's how your role will strengthen our team. Your responsibilitiesAssist Project Managers with a variety of administrative tasks that may include preparing job binders, setting up jobs in project management system, permits, manuals, tender forms & any other duties to help paper flow and job organizationOrganize and track shop drawings, distributing as neededData entry and updating systems with information from Project ManagersUpdate project drawings, purchase orders and job schedule with change ordersPrice, extend and confirm hours submitted as required for extra work ordersMake sure the project site has all the latest specs, drawings, shop drawings, change orders, schedulesTrack shipments for orders, track back orders, and follow-up with suppliers for delivery of materialsAttend site meetings and site walks to record and produce minutesPrint and circulate a variety of reports associated with the project Your experience and skillsHigh School Diploma2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration or office related position within the construction or related fieldHigh proficiency in MS Office. Experience with AutoCAD, Accubid, MS Project, and Procore are an assetExperience managing document control, file management, scheduling, data entry, minute takingHighly organized and attentive to detailMust be team player with good interpersonal and English communication skillsAble to read electrical and/or construction drawings, an assetElectrical engineering degree, diploma, relevant education or Electrician TQ considered an assetAbout HouleAs BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future.
