Job Summary
The Data Support Representative II will be responsible for providing data support of our medical device products that integrate with our Software products. Including assisting customers and Sales reps via phone and email support with the application of our products. This also includes interactive and escalating issues with our product teams to ensure that the customer expectations are met.
Essential Functions

  • Provide support for technical and data inquires related to ZOLL products via telephone or email
  • Follow up on inquiries and ensures satisfactory customer resolution
  • Accurate data entry of claim into Oracle tracking system and completion of the customer call report
  • Takes part in on-call rotation, adhering to all expectations of role
  • Ensuring ZOLL is presented with the highest degree of professionalism
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Stays current with systems information, and technology updates
  • Manage department knowledge base, developing best practices & ensuring data integrity
  • Able to manage active backlog of cases while maintaining other job duties


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • 4 Year Degree/Certification in Computer Information Systems required or
  • Equivalent Experience required
  • Minimum of 3 Years prior technical support data experience working directly with customers or equivalent experience working in a technical capacity within the industry required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience installing and upgrading software applications
  • Basic networking understanding
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Server environments
  • Basic SQL understanding and foundational knowledge
  • Experience with Wireless Technology (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Configuration and Certificates)
  • Attention to detail and well organized
  • Desire t continue growing within the Data Support department
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, specifically in documenting notes for cases
  • Experience with remote access tools (LogMein, WebEx)

The hourly pay rate for this position is:

$31.00 to $40.00
