Pegasus Transportation Solutions is a growing third-party logistics provider helping customers move products by land, sea, and air. Join our fast-paced team of supply chain experts and help solve transportation challenges for leading companies worldwide.

Under direct supervision, this role handles clerical duties such as dispatching, problem solving, and data entry within established procedures.

This position offers hands-on logistics experience in a dynamic environment with opportunities to build long-term business skills.

We serve customers across 300+ locations in industries including retail, wholesale, energy, agriculture, and construction. Pegasus continues to grow rapidly and expects to double in size over the next three years.


Job Type: Full-time / Remote

Salary: $43,000.00

Work hours: Flexible between 7:30 a.m.5:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch.

Benefits: start after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, track, and monitor shipments to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate with and select freight carriers.
  • Prepare shipping, export, rate confirmation, bill of lading, pick-up, and related documents.
  • Maintain customer order files and update shipment data in the company system.
  • Complete internal shipping reports and respond to status inquiries.
  • Follow customer-specific shipping requirements for each shipment.
  • Provide freight estimates to support sales quotes.
  • File and track claims for damaged materials.
  • Share daily shipping updates with customers, accounting, corporate teams, and carriers.
