THE OPPORTUNITY 

This is a full-time remote Sales Representative located in Virginia/Chesapeake or North Carolina/Raleigh, Greenville or Fayetteville areas. The Sales Representative will be responsible for cultivating current clients, growing the revenue in the market by predetermined goals, creating sales strategies and meeting sales targets for the defined territory, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the market. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with prospects and clients, exceeding goals and analyzing market trends to discover new markets. 

Approximately 20-40% travel is expected in this role. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients in the designated territory. 
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally; ensures client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback mechanisms. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue in the market. 
  • Set and achieve predetermined revenue goals. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth. 
  • Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities and threats; create effective sales strategies tailored to the market needs and trends. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement innovative sales techniques. 
  • Set clear and achievable sales targets for the sales team. 
  • Monitor progress toward sales goals and provide guidance and support to team members. 
  • Implement motivational initiatives to boost sales team performance. 
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the market. 
  • Ensure smooth functioning of logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes. 
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION 
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required 
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role 
  • A history of recent past successes 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • The ability to work independently and remotely 
  • A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques

WHAT OUR ORGANIZATION IS PROVIDING 
  • Expected annual base salary range of $40,000 to $50,000, plus commission earnings, with potential total compensation of up to $100,000.
