In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records while supporting our administrative and project teams. • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.

• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing.

• Maintain organized digital records and files.

• Process project documentation, timesheets, invoices, and purchase orders.

• Verify and correct data discrepancies.

• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Support administrative and project teams with data management tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

• Complete assigned tasks while meeting deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least a year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.

• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

• Full-time remote position.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.
