  • Perform and verify basic pharmaceutical calculations related to compounding (quantities, concentrations, conversions)
  • Review patient profiles and documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Communicate professionally with provider offices to clarify prescriptions, obtain missing information, and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements
  • Identify and escalate issues proactively to prevent delays in patient care

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume, complex data entry with precision and speed
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, empathetic approach
  • Comfortable communicating directly with physicians and clinical staff
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or on-site environment while maintaining high productivity

What Sets You Apart
  • High energy and a strong sense of ownership in your work
  • Ability to think critically, not just input data
  • Experience navigating compounding workflows and formulation complexity
  • Passion for accuracy, quality, and patient care

Why FountainRx
  • Work with a highly collaborative, mission-driven team
  • Play a direct role in delivering customized therapies to patients
  • Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding pharmacy organization
  • Flexible work environment (remote or Morristown-based) with strong team support
