The Appointment Scheduler / Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while efficiently scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments for all locations.
