All donor calls arestrictly inbound.
You will not:
  • Make outbound calls
  • Cold-call potential donors
  • Solicit donations
  • Search for prospective donors
  • Sell products or services

Donors call voluntarily after responding to an establishednonprofit campaign. Your responsibility is to professionallyanswer the call and accurately process the donor's pledge or contribution.
What You'll Do
