  • Provide occasional rotating on-call coverage outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Participate in scheduled team meetings, company events, onboarding, and training activities.

ABOUT YOU

You are a thoughtful communicator who enjoys helping people and can balance empathy with accuracy and follow-through. You are comfortable speaking directly with patients and caregivers, handling multiple requests, documenting information carefully, and working within established processes in a regulated healthcare environment.

You bring a collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and a patient-forward approach to every interaction. You are comfortable learning new systems, asking questions when needed, and helping create a reliable, reassuring experience for patients and their caregivers

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

HOW YOU'LL WORK

  • Report to the Manager, Care Center and work closely with Care Center leadership and teammates
  • Work remotely if not local to New Hampshire, or in a hybrid model if located near the Portsmouth, NH office
  • Travel to Portsmouth, NH or other company locations for initial onboarding and training and approximately 1-2 times per year for additional training and/or team events
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule when needed outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays
