Job description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding support to customers by answering inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing general information regarding our lawn care and chemical services. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.

Experience:
No experience required
  • Call center or customer-facing environment a plus.

Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office and customer management software is preferred.

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
