Estrada Consulting, Inc Is Looking For:
Role: Senior Data Engineer with ArcGIS framework(Ref: 5666)
Duration: 18-months
Location: Remote within the Continental USA

Candidates Will Be Required to Provide the Following to Submit to the Client:
  • PDF copy of diploma.
  • PDF copies of certifications.
  • Three client references for project work performed within the past 5-years.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience Include:
  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in authoring and monitoring data pipelines. Eight (8) years, if substituting bachelor's or advanced degree for qualifying experience.
  • The possession of a bachelor's or advanced degree (master's or PhD) in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or technology-related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Successful completion of a data engineering bootcamp plus an additional year of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Additional Mandatory Qualifications Are:
  • A minimum of five (5) years of extensive full-time equivalent experience as a Senior Data Engineer in a lead role, responsible for modeling, architecting, developing, testing, deploying and supporting scalable, fault-tolerant data architectures to support enterprise decision making within Dimensional and other analytic data models (Data Warehouse, Data Mart).
  • A minimum of four (4) years of extensive full-time equivalent experience as a data pipeline engineer responsible for architecting, designing, developing/authoring, testing, deploying, monitoring and supporting scalable and fault-tolerant ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) solutions that move data – in near real-time and/or on a schedule - between on-premises and cloud infrastructure solution components using Microsoft SQL Server SSIS and Microsoft Azure Data Factory.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of extensive full-time equivalent experience architecting, designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting data solutions within the Azure SQL, SQL MI, Azure Synapse, and/or Microsoft Fabric cloud platforms.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of extensive full-time equivalent experience developing solutions that include SQL scripting.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of extensive full-time equivalent experience developing analytic dashboards and reports within Microsoft PowerBI.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience developing solutions that include Python components.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience architecting, designing, developing, deploying, testing and supporting development of financial data analysis solution(s).
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience architecting, designing, developing, deploying, testing and supporting development of Healthcare Provider Network Adequacy analysis solution(s).
  • A minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as an ArcGIS data engineer in designing, managing and optimizing data systems within ArcGIS framework. This includes using ArcGIS tools and Power BI to explore, clean and prepare data for mapping and analysis.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience architecting, designing, developing, deploying, testing and supporting API driven bulk data integrations with Azure API Manager.

Microsoft Certification(s) Such As:
  • Microsoft Azure Data Engineer.
  • Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer.
  • Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer.
