  • Our ideal Analytics Data Engineer candidate will have:

    • Deep experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines that support healthcare analytics, population health, quality measurement, and regulatory reporting within a health plan environment.
    • Expert in integrating and transforming complex healthcare data sources—including claims, enrollment, clinical (EHR), pharmacy, eligibility, and social determinants of health—into reliable, analyticsa'ready datasets.
    • Proven partner to analytics, actuarial, clinical, and business teams, enabling insights for valuea'based care, HEDIS, STARS, CMS, and state reporting.
    • Experience in data architecture, ETL/ELT development, data quality governance, and performance optimization, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and data lineage.
    • Skills in translating business requirements into technical solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and decisiona'making across the organization.

  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, data science, statistics, or equivalent) required.
    • Five (5) years experience in data analytics or engineering, with at least three (3) years focused on data modeling and transformation within a healthcare environment required.
    • Advanced experience in SQL and data transformation workflows (ETL/ELT) required.
    • Experience with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold data layers) required.
