Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing a wide range of warehouse-related data to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. As a Remote Warehouse Data Entry Clerk, you will handle inventory records, shipping and receiving documentation, and other critical warehouse data to support our logistical processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and is comfortable utilizing various software applications and databases to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date information. Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and update warehouse inventory data into company databases and software systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including dates, quantities, and condition of goods.
  • Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing shipment documents and inventory reports.
  • Communicate with warehouse personnel to clarify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Assist in generating regular reports on inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and shipment statuses.
  • Ensure timely and organized documentation to support seamless warehouse operations.
  • Identify and report data inconsistencies or errors promptly to supervisors for resolution.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to improve data entry processes and enhance overall data accuracy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with remote teams and warehouse staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
