Job Summary
The Product Data Analyst supports the Midwest Division by managing and analyzing product data across vending, micro markets, and office coffee services. This role ensures data accuracy and delivers insights that drive product strategy, improve margins, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and validate product master data (SKUs, pricing, costs, supplier details)
• Analyze sales, product performance, and profitability trends
• Develop reports and dashboards to support Operations and Finance
• Identify opportunities to optimize product assortment and regional offerings
• Support pricing strategy, promotions, and new product launches
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Improve data accuracy, reporting processes, and system workflows
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2-5 years of data analysis experience (foodservice, retail, or CPG preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Working knowledge of SQL preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
