• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, ensuring all records are current, legible, and compliant with organizational standards and regulations.
• Conduct thorough assessments incorporating appropriate DSM diagnostic criteria to evaluate the mental health needs of children and adolescents, facilitating tailored interventions.
• Utilize behavior modification techniques, assertiveness training, and supportive therapy to empower clients and promote positive behavioral changes.
• Employ effective interviewing skills and data collection strategies to assess patients’ medical, social, and emotional contexts, collaborating closely with the healthcare team.
• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans based on ongoing psychosocial assessments, respecting the client’s cultural and spiritual values.
• Engage with families and community services to ensure comprehensive support transitions and continuity of care.

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents within the school system who are facing a range of mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold an active Clinical Social Worker license (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries in client relationships.
• Proven track record in timely completion of documentation and administrative tasks.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
