Optimizes the financial performance of healthcare operations by analyzing revenue cycle data and identifying opportunities to improve reimbursement, reduce denials, and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborates closely with billing, coding, finance, and clinical teams to ensure accurate claim submission, monitor accounts receivable performance, and resolve billing discrepancies.

Supports compliance with regulatory and payer requirements while assisting with revenue cycle management tools, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Prepares detailed performance analyses and dashboards to support leadership decision-making and contributes to strategies that strengthen revenue capture, improve collections, and drive overall financial performance.
