This position is predominantly remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to balance personal and professional lives effectively. Though primarily virtual, our therapists have access to a range of outpatient resources and support tools to facilitate effective practice. Our team regularly engages in virtual meetings and collaborative discussions to enhance treatment approaches and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, tailoring approaches to meet diverse client needs.
• Develop, document, and implement comprehensive treatment plans that reflect each client's unique challenges, goals, and progress, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.
• Utilize data collection systems to track client progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring the efficacy of therapeutic interventions.
• Provide immediate crisis management services to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing active listening and therapeutic techniques to stabilize the situation.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions in a supportive group format, encouraging communication and cooperation among family members to enhance relational dynamics.

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health issues, behavioral problems, and relationship challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and addressing the unique circumstances of each client. Our practice aims to empower clients through a strengths-based approach, advocating for wellness and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active and valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and family dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a proven ability to document sessions thoroughly and clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, attachment-based therapy, or substance abuse counseling.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective documentation and client management.
• Experience working in a remote therapeutic environment, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency in virtual communication tools.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
