• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring actions align with their unique needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, family members, guardians, and other relevant parties to discuss client progress and coordinate care.
• Provide supervisors with a scheduled overview of appointments, home visits, and monitoring activities to track client advancements.
• Coordinate and perform home visits to conduct in-home observations, facilitate chart reviews, and gather information through staff interviews and data collection.
• Implement and ensure adherence to program plans, adjusting strategies as needed to guarantee effective client outcomes.
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing insights and updates regarding client care.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes, maintaining records that ensure transparency and accessibility of information to authorized individuals.
• Organize training sessions to equip staff and team members with crucial competencies required for effective program implementation and documentation.
• Provide continuous support through follow-up interviews, home visits, and evaluations to cater to the evolving needs of clients.
• Act as a liaison with the community, forging relationships that foster the development of mental health services.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials and programs aimed at enhancing the quality and delivery of mental health services.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients across various demographics. You will engage with adults and youth who seek guidance for a multitude of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, substance misuse, trauma, and relationship issues. By establishing genuine connections, you will help facilitate their personal growth and healing journey.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Georgia is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, which includes direct client interaction, is essential.
• A strong understanding of ethical standards and legal regulations within the counseling domain.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies to track client progress effectively.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly favored.
• Demonstrated experience within a multicultural clinical environment, addressing the needs of varied populations.
