Job description

As a TPM (Data Center) you will be responsible for;

  • Partner directly with Engineering leaders to track and drive execution of critical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and TPMs
  • Coordinate action items and program milestones from leadership meetings, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • Support teams in collecting and validating progress reports, metrics, and updates ahead of senior reviews to enable high-quality, streamlined discussions.
  • Create and maintain program timelines, execution status to communicate progress and dependencies.
  • Facilitate collaboration across hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Drive clarity and execution in ambiguous and complex environments by bringing structure, prioritization, and strong follow-through.

Qualifications;

  • Strong background (10+ years) in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Leadership.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Software (SW) and Data Center Hardware (DC HW) technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools and tracking progress against complex timelines.
  • Working knowledge of software development processes, Agile / SCRUM methodologies, and release cycles.
  • Familiarity with data center operations, compute, networking, and storage infrastructure at scale.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while providing structure and driving program execution.

Salary Range: $160K-$350K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience 

Note: This position is remote. However, the prospective candidate must be open to working during the customer's west coast (PST) hours.
