Job Description

Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill a Senior Quotations Specialist position which is responsible for managing the end-to-end quotation process for customer pricing requests, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and timely delivery. This role serves as a key business partner to Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Supply Chain by analyzing pricing opportunities, supporting strategic customer bids, and maintaining high service levels across a high-volume workload. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and exceptional attention to detail to support business growth while meeting profitability objectives.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside within the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.

The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). While qualified candidates throughout the U.S. are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates residing in the Eastern Time Zone to support collaboration with internal teams and business partners.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process a high volume of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) while meeting established turnaround time and daily completion expectations.
  • Prepare, review, and issue quotations for project, builder, stock, multi-family, and hospitality opportunities.
  • Analyze pricing requests to ensure alignment with company pricing strategies and profitability objectives.
  • Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis for new builder opportunities, contract renewals, and strategic bids.
  • Review, update, extend, and maintain existing quotations while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to quote status, usage, and performance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Demand Planning, and other cross-functional teams to develop competitive and profitable pricing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate quotation documentation and pricing records within SAP and other business systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quotation processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of quotation, pricing, sales operations, or related analytical experience.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate pricing decisions and profitability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced business degree.
  • Experience within the lighting or electrical.
  • Experience using SAP ERP systems.
  • Experience performing pricing analysis or financial analysis.
  • Experience supporting builder, project, or contract quotations.
