Departmental Analyst 9-P11 The Grant Administration Analyst supports the administration and monitoring of assigned grant programs by applying established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with state and federal rules, legislative intent, and departmental guidance. The position reviews grant applications and budgets, tracks performance and expenditures, assists with required reporting, and supports grant closeout and documentation. The role collaborates with internal and external partners to resolve routine issues, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements and data collection efforts.

Additional Requirements and Information The office location for this position is at 235 S. Grand Ave, Lansing, MI, however, this position has the ability to work hybrid (combination of remote and office). Selected candidates who have been approved to work hybrid must complete that work within Michigan.

Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview. Employees will be provided computers to perform state work. Phones may also be provided for necessary communications.

If working remotely, employees will be responsible for providing other components of a remote office at their own expense, including: A secure work location that allows privacy and prevents distractions.
