THE ROLE:

  • We are seeking an Admin Data Reconciliation Consultant to support equity administration data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution during a large-scale platform migration. This role is hands-on in the data and supports the migration team by identifying differences, researching root causes, and helping drive clean conversion outcomes. While also supporting a large-scale equity platform migration and transformation initiative involving financial reporting, equity administration, reporting outputs, client testing/training, data validation, reconciliation, product support, and platform readiness. Candidates may flex across workstreams depending on project needs, strengths, and client priorities

THE PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE / THE VALUE YOU DELIVER:

  • This role helps ensure that equity administration data is complete, accurate, and ready for client signoff. The consultant will work in the details of plan, grant, participant, transaction, and administrative data to identify breaks, resolve discrepancies, and support successful migration to the target platform

KEYS TO SUCCESS:

  • Strong equity administration data knowledge, including grants, vesting, exercises, releases, cancellations, ESPP, participant data, and plan data
  • Expert-level comfort with reconciliation, variance analysis, break resolution, data validation, and source-of-truth determination
  • Hands-on experience with platform migrations, conversions, system-to-system data comparison, or high-volume data cleanup
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced migration environment
  • Strong communication with Admin PMs, FR Migration, Testing, Product, vendors, and client stakeholders.

THE WORK YOU'LL DO:

  • Perform hands-on reconciliation of administrative equity data across legacy and target systems
  • Validate participant, plan, grant, transaction, vesting, exercise, release, cancellation, ESPP, tax, and share data as applicable
  • Identify, research, document, and resolve breaks and discrepancies across systems
  • Partner with Admin PMs, FR Migration PMs, Admin Testing, Product, vendors, and client teams to support migration readiness
  • Help determine source of truth and document findings for client review and signoff
  • Support issue logs, trackers, status updates, and escalation of risks or unresolved differences
  • Assist with post-migration stabilization, cleanup, and validation as needed
  • Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and scalable data validation practices

THE EXPERTISE WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • At least 3+ years of stock plan administration, data reconciliation, migration, implementation, operations, or platform support experience
  • Hands-on equity platform experience preferred, including Shareworks, Equity Edge Online (EEO), Fidelity, Schwab, Certent, Carta, or similar systems
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills required; SQL, Access, BI, or data conversion experience preferred
  • Knowledge of RSUs, PSUs, stock options, ESPP, tax withholding, payroll integrations, and corporate actions preferred
  • Experience with SOX controls, audit support, reconciliations, and data quality controls preferred
  • CEP preferred but not required
