The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Franchise Marketing Analyst.

The Franchise Marketing Analyst supports the execution and optimization of franchisor‑provided marketing programs across the company’s branded hotel portfolio. This role focuses on ensuring Marriott and IHG marketing platforms, systems, and demand‑generation tools are fully leveraged to drive revenue and property‑level performance. The analyst ensures content accuracy, brand compliance, and effective participation in chain‑supported programs, while identifying opportunities to improve execution and results at the property level. As part of the performance marketing team, this role works closely with brand, content and field marketing, enterprise marketing, sales, revenue management, and operations to align commercial objectives, brand standards, and field marketing needs.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Fully leverage Marriott and IHG commercial systems while strengthening property‑level use of brand tools, promotional calendars, and chain‑supported platforms 
  • Ensure accurate and effective execution of loyalty campaigns, member offers, brand‑led demand programs, and franchisor‑supported digital performance tools 
  • Maintain and optimize digital presence across OTAs, Google Business Profiles, metasearch channels, and brand.com content modules 
  • Support demand‑driving initiatives tied to RevPAR, ADR lift, loyalty penetration, pacing targets, and overall commercial performance 
  • Monitor and share KPIs from chain‑driven demand and brand activations, extracting insights from dashboards to identify optimization opportunities 
  • Conduct periodic audits of OTA listings, brand sites, and promotional messaging while supporting field needs and ensuring alignment with chain standards
